Minchinhampton 10K ~ The Pre-Easter Road Race in the Heart of the Cotswolds
Step out of your front door and into stunning countryside: the Minchinhampton 10K is back, weaving quiet country lanes, rolling hills and the timeless charm of a Cotswold town.
Whether you're chasing a PB, getting fit, or simply want a superb run in beautiful surroundings – this is your event.
Why You Should Run It
• Picturesque Setting: The route takes you through peaceful roads and lanes around Minchinhampton, with sweeping views and that fresh country air.
• A course with character: Undulating terrain and one respectable hill between 6-7km – it demands a little respect but rewards you with a fast-ish finish along Minchinhampton’s main street.
• Friendly, local atmosphere: Since 2009 this has been a warm, welcoming event. Everybody from serious club runners to first-timers say how well organised it is, how encouraging the marshals are, and how supportive the local community feels.
• Great perks: Finisher’s medal, technical T-shirt (order by 25th Feb to guarantee size), podium prizes for 1st-3rd man & woman, and a cheeky Cadbury’s Cream Egg to sweeten the post-run glow.
